In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All returns must be approved prior to returning.

A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.

  • Electronic receipt
  • Order number
  • Your name and shipping address

Unless you received a damaged/broken product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start the return process please email for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products with altered and/or non-standard measurements

We are very sorry; we do our best to prevent any damage. But during shipping, damages may happen.

Please contact or email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
