• Items are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but we are human and delays may happen. 
  • During high volume periods, the processing time may increase.  


  • Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS
  • We do not ship outside the US at this time.


  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Please be aware, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays that are out of our control, such as natural occurrences, COVID-19 related delays, and ground transportation strikes or delays. We can only view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number.
  • However, if you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by contacting us with your name and order number and we will do our best to assist you. Thanks for your patience!  


  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
